Friends, with my first post I am honored to report that I recently participated in a all-night, "Midnight Madness", charity fast-pitch baseball game to raise money for little Ariel Leal, a 9 year-old girl suffering from brain and spinal cancer. The event was a huge success for Ariel, and a great time for all of those involved. I was very pleased to meet so many people that share a passion for helping others in our community. After 14 hours and 28 innings, the score was 39-29, and the winner was Ariel. I am blessed to have been able to participate. Check out the story below from the Katy Times.
